China’s CHONGQING Pharma expresses interest to invest in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, February 22, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Investment Commissioner, Lelise has met with one of the top five largest Chinese Pharmaceutical Companies, CHONGQING Pharma.

Commissioner Lelise has also presented opportunities for the pharma sector, a conducive investment climate, reforms undertaken, and high commitment from the Ethiopian government.

She also added that pharmaceuticals is one of the top priorities with the dedicated and strategically located Kilinto state of the art industrial park.

The Company representatives have also shown keen interest in exploring opportunities and investing in Ethiopia.
