China will always stand firmly with Ethiopian people in Solidarity: Amb Zhao Zhiyua

Addis Ababa, January 1, 2021 (FBC) – In his New Year Message, Ambassador of China to Ethiopia, Zhao Zhiyua said 2021 witnessed, with the commitment and guidance of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Ethiopian Prime Minster Abiy Ahmed the two countries enjoying frequent high level exchanges, consolidating political mutual trust, continuously supporting each other on issues of core concern and achieving fruitful outcomes, in practical cooperation.

The two countries have been fighting the COVID 19 pandemic in solidarity, Ambassador Zhao Zhiyua noted.

As comprehensive strategic partners, China will always stand firmly with the Ethiopian people in solidarity, the Ambassador underscored.

China-Ethiopia Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership has kept growing in both depth and width setting a shining example of China-Africa relations, he added.
