CGA sets sights on intellectual capital of Africa to enhance productivity: Executive Director
Addis Ababa February 15, 2023 (FBC) – The Center for Global Africa (CGA), an academic think tank incubated at Delaware State University (DSU) with satellite partners in Africa and throughout the Diaspora, engages in research, consultancy, advocacy ant enterprising practices for global African development, said CGA Founder and Executive Director, Ezrah Aharone.
In an exclusive interview with Fana Broadcasting Corporate’s Yonathan Yoseph, Aharone said that CGA through its strategic partner, the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), works to provide two-way transactional activities to create both the Africa We Want, and the Sixth Region We Want.
He said that CGA implements solution oriented initiatives with revenue generating capabilities for mutual advancements of Africa, the Diaspora and Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) by merging and leveraging Africa-Diaspora intellectual capital and economic capabilities.
Ezrah Aharone further explained that CGA utilizes its signature Academic-Government Economic Model (AGE) for development and offers unique functional framework for joint Africa-Diaspora engagement and productivity to achieve Agenda 2063 and UN Sustainable Development Goals with an area of focus in education, trade, health innovation, agriculture, energy and youth.
