CADF pledges to promote investment opportunities in Africa

Addis Ababa, April 13, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Ambassador to China, Tefera Derbew briefed Shi Wenju, CEO of China-Africa Development Fund (CADF) on the investment potentials in Ethiopia and the Investment Forum in Ethiopia that will be held on April 26th-28th.

Lou Wenjian, Vice President of CADF and other pertinent staff members were present during these discussions of mutual interest.

On the other hand, CADF announced activities to investing and financing in Africa and promoting investment opportunities in the continent, based on the projects initiated by President Xi Jinping during the FOCAC.

Lou Wenjian also invited Ambassador Tefera and the Embassy to attend the symposium on the High-quality Development of China-African Financing and Investment, which would be scheduled in early June.
