Bahir Dar to establish “Sister City” ties with Russian cities

Addis Ababa, March 21, 2022 (FBC) – Ambassador of Russia to Ethiopia, Evgeny Terekhin discussed with Deputy Mayor of Bahir Dar, Dires Sahlu (PhD) on ways of establishing “Sister City” ties between Bahr Dar and several cities in Russia.

The two also exchanged views on how to forge cooperation between Bahir Dar and cities of Russia in the urban infrastructure development sector.

Ambassador Terekhin expressed commitment to contribute his part in creating fruitful relationship between the Bahir Dar and Russia cities and supporting the growth and development of the city.
