AU reform team highlights the need to ensure financially sustainable organization

Addis Ababa, February 8, 2024 (FBC) – President Paul Kagame of Rwanda who was appointed by AU Heads of State to lead the African Union institutional reforms, held a virtual meeting alongside AUC Chair Moussa Faki Mahamat with the AU Reform Team ahead of next week’s Summit.

The meeting reviewed the implementation of the reforms and discussed the importance of sustaining progress towards an effective and financially sustainable African Union.
