Arrangements made to create linkage between Ethiopia, Cameroon manufacturers

Addis Ababa, August 24, 2022 (FBC) – A Cameroonian delegation arrived in Addis Ababa on Tuesday to strengthen trade and investment ties with Ethiopia. Yesterday, the delegation visited the Head Office of the Ethiopian Standards Institution in the capital.

Director of the Institute, Meseret Bekele has briefed members of the delegation on the reform activities they are undertaking to streamline the organization.On Wednesday, the delegation visited Bole Lemi Industrial Park and discussed with officials and counterparts how to create linkage between manufacturing industries of the two countries for experience sharing and knowledge transfer for mutual benefit.

President of Cameroon-Ethiopia Economic Chamber and Head of the Delegation Abossolo called on representatives of industries operating in industrial parks to take part in the Economy Chamber Fair to be held in Cameroon in December, 2022, according to the Industrial Parks Development Corporation.
