Ankara declaration milestone for ensuring regional peace, integration: IGAD Head of Mission
Addis Ababa, December 26, 2024 (FMC) – In a significant development for East Africa, IGAD Head of Mission to Ethiopia underscored that the Ankara Declaration between Ethiopia and Somalia has been hailed as an important milestone towards ensuring regional peace and promoting integration.
IGAD Head of Mission to Ethiopia, Abebaw Bihonegn said Ankara Declaration is not just a bilateral agreement between Ethiopia and Somalia rather it symbolizes a broader vision for peace and integration in the region.
