Addis Ababa, July 12, 2021 (FBC) – The Water, Irrigation and Energy Minister, Dr. Seleshi Bekele has met with Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres.
On the occasion, Dr. Seleshi briefed the UN Secretary General on the construction stage and second filling of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).
He also clarified Ethiopia’s position on the outstanding technical and legal issues to conclude the rules and guidelines on GERD.
