Addis Ababa, February 25, 2021 (FBC) -Prime Minster Abiy Ahmed has held discussion with regional presidents and head of the National Elections Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) about the upcoming 6th general elections.
In the meeting held virtually, they assessed the preparedness level of the regions for the elections in ensuring peace and security, as well as availing other necessary logistical elements.
According to NEBE, the 6th general elections will take places early June this year.
