Addis Ababa, November 9, 2023 (FBC) – UK Ambassador to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union, Darren Welch held discussion with Chief Administrator of the Benshangul Gumuz Region, Ashadli Hassen.
The two have discussed around the challenges and opportunities in the Benshangul Gumuz region.
The Ambassador assured the Chief Administrator that the UK is committed to strengthening its longstanding and strong bilateral relations with Ethiopia and its regions.
Ambassador Darren Welch visited health facilities, schools and a water supply system in Assosa town funded by the UK government.
