Addis Ababa, October 4, 2022 (FBC) – Head of Cyber-Security Office of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti, commends accomplishments of the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute since its establishment in January 2020.
Mohammed Al-Kuwaiti has addressed a presentation in the opening session of PanAfriCon AI2022 conference at Ethiopian Science and Arts Museum, in Addis Ababa.
The UAE official stated that the cooperation between Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates in technology sector will continue to be strengthened, hoping that visions of both nations will be achieved.
In his article, the official mentioned that his country is using artificial intelligence in a better way for a modern management system in every sector.
In particular, Al-Kuwaiti explained that artificial intelligence has greatly benefited them in preventing the serious losses that cyber-attacks can cause on the country’s administrative system.
He also urged countries to pay more attention to the cyber security challenges.
