Addis Ababa, October 23, 2022 (FBC) – Dagmawit Moges, Ethiopia’s Minister of Transport and Logistics, won the Aviators Africa Tower Award, which is given to exemplary individuals and organizations in the aviation industry in the continent.
Minister Dagmawit received the award in the category of ‘Change-Makers Leadership’ for her outstanding work and role in bringing about change in the sector and for her leadership in keeping the aviation industry safe.
“I am honored to receive the CHANGE-MAKERS: LEADERSHIP award during the 4th Aviators Africa Towers Awards that recognizes exemplary individuals & organizations in the African Aviation industry each year”, she tweeted after receiving the award.
“From 193 ICAO member states, with Ethiopia now one of the 36 member states comprising the ICAO Council, along with the relentless work of our prestigious airline Ethiopian Airlines and our Civil Aviation Authority, we’ll continue taking our aviation industry to new heights”, the Minister vowed.
Hosted for the 4th time this year in Johannesburg, South Africa, the Aviators Africa Tower Awards is an African domestic award that recognizes those who have contributed to the development of aviation industry in Africa.
