Addis Ababa, November 16, 2020 (FBC) – Several towns across Ethiopia have today hosted huge rallies that condemned the TPLF Junta’s attack on the Northern Command of the National Defense Forces.
Rallies have been continued for the fifth day today in areas that include Gambella town of Gambella Region, Hossana town SNNP Region and Bule Hora town in Oromia Region, among others.
People who have joined the rallies in Gambella, Hossana and Bule Hora towns have expressed condemnation on treachery of the TPLF Junta against the national army and pledged any necessary support to the Defence forces in the operation under way to ensure law and order and bring traitors to justice.
During the demonstration, residents of Gambella town vowed to safeguard peace and security of their residential areas and keep vigilant on potential terror plot that might be perpetrated by agents of the TPLF Junta.
They asserted that safeguarding communal peace and security adds to law enforcement measures being carried out by the Defence Forces to ensure constitutional order in the country.
Residents of Bule Hora town, to themselves pledged any necessary support to national army to help the federal government beat the TPLF Junta and maintain constitutional order.
They contributed more than 200 oxen and extended 1.3 Million Birr cash support to the army on the occasion.
The residents of Hossana town and the environs, to themselves, expressed support to government’s law enforcement action against the rebel TPLF clique.
