Addis Ababa, November 22, 2023 (FBC) – Members of the Pan-African Parliament said that the Science Museum in Ethiopia will open a new chapter in the advancement of Africa in the field of science.
Members of the Pan-African Parliament and Standing Committees who are holding their joint meeting in Addis Ababa visited the Science Museum and Unity Park today.
The members said during their visit that the development works being activated by the Ethiopian government can be a model in Africa as well, according to the FDRE House of Peoples’ Representatives.
African countries should work extensively on science and technology, the members pointed out. They said infrastructures such as science museums are critical to Africa’s development.
The joint meeting of the members of the Pan-African parliament and standing committees that is being held in Addis Ababa continues focusing on Irregular migration, Unconstitutional change of government and parliamentary diplomacy.
