Addis Ababa, October 19, 2024 (FBC) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov congratulated Gedion Timothewos (PhD), on the occasion of his appointement as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia
