KAZAN, Russia, October 23 (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping discussed the issue of infrastructure for settlements between countries during talks in Kazan, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said on Wednesday.
“All issues were discussed, including, well, yes, financial cooperation,” Ushakov told journalists when asked whether the issue of payments between the countries was discussed during the negotiations between the leaders of Russia and China.
