Addis Ababa, September 22, 2024 (FBC) – Senior officials of the Prosperity Party visited the progress of activities under the “Bounty of Basket” national initiative in Adama City and the surrounding. The officials expressed their approval of the ongoing activities, highlighting their potential to achieve national food self-sufficiency.
During their visit, which coincided with a training session for senior Prosperity Party members, the officials inspected various development projects in and around Adama City. They emphasized that the party’s initiatives have begun to yield positive results towards food self-sufficiency at both the family and national levels.
Vice President of the Prosperity Party, Adem Farah, along with heads of regional states and mayors from Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, participated in the visit, underscoring the initiative’s promise in transforming the food system in the country.
