Addis Ababa, July 25, 2020 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has congratulated graduates of Addis Ababa University who have been qualified with Masters and PhD degrees today.
“Although you mark a milestone during precarious times of COVID 19, your commitment and perseverance to finalize your studies online is commendable and testament to your adaptability,” the Premier said.
The rapid changes in the world demands adaptable individuals who are able to weather any obstacles and come out winners, Abiy noted.
“As you embark on your next chapters in life, may the knowledge and skills you have accumulated be in service to your country and fellow citizens. Ethiopia’s prosperity sits on the shoulders of its sons and daughters who through their education build bridges and aspire to leave a constructive legacy,” the Prime Minister underlined.
