Addis Ababa, January 12, 2025 (FMC) – Taye Atske-Selassie, the President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, held bilateral talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni during the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CADDP) 2025 Summit in Kampala.
The discussions between the two leaders covered a variety of critical topics, highlighting their mutual interests in advancing agricultural transformation.
They recognized the importance of maximizing the potential of the Nile River as a crucial resource for regional development. Additionally, the leaders underscored the necessity of strengthening the African Union (AU) to enhance cooperation and collaborative efforts among African nations.
