Addis Ababa, January 11, 2020 (FBC) -Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed held discussions yesterday with representatives of Ethiopians residing in South Africa.
The representatives are from the business sector, professional associations, religious communities and other members of the Ethiopian Diaspora community.
Yesterday’s meeting was a precursor to the larger community dialogue that will be held on Sunday with Ethiopians in the Southern African diaspora.
At the invitation of President Cyril Ramaphosa, the Ethiopian Prime Minister arrived yesterday in South Africa for a two-day official state visit.
During his visit, the Prime Minister is expected to meet with President Ramaphosa and other senior South African government officials to discuss on different agendas.
