Addis Ababa, August 29, 2021 (FBC) – Oromia Police announced that it had neutralized 373 members of the terrorist Shene Group during the last two months.
Oromia Police Commission has briefed the media on the current peace and security issues in the region and latest developments regarding the terrorist organizations.
Commissioner General Ararsa Merdasa, during the briefing, said the regional police has conducted serious offensives against the terrorist organization over the last two months.
Shene group has attacked civilians based on the mission it received from the other terrorist enterprise TPLF after the declaration of the unilateral ceasefire, the Commissioner General stated.
Shene plundered and looted public and private properties worth 2 Million Birr during the last two months, he added.
