Addis Ababa, November 2, 2021 (FBC) – The Ministry of Peace and Joint Initiative on Strategic Religious Action (JISRA) Consortium signed MoU to promote peace among communities.
The agreement is also aimed to enhance capacity of religious institutions pursuant to freedom of religion and nurture culture dialogue among communities for sustainable peace and development.
JISRA is a syndicate of 13 local and international organizations operating in Ethiopia under coordination of TEARFUND Horn of Africa Regional Bureau.
Peace Building and National Consensus State-Minister of Ministry of Peace, Taye Dendea and JISRA Consortium Ethiopia Coordinator, Mesfin Abebe signed the MoU representing their respective institutions.
