Addis Ababa, February 8, 2020 (FBC) – African leaders are arriving in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa to attend the 33rd African Union (AU) summit.
The meeting will take place from 9-10 February 2020 with the theme “silencing the guns.”
Leaders of 45 countries have confirmed their participation in the summit.
Presidents of Djibouti, Nigeria, Zimbabwe,South Africa, Somalia, South Sudan and Egypt have so far arrived in Addis Ababa.
Secretary General of the United Nation and Prime Minister of Norway are also in Addis Ababa for the summit.
