Kobo town returns to normalcy, residents say

Addis Ababa, December 28, 2021 (FBC) – Residents of Kobo town said that the situation is getting normal and day to day activities are restarting following liberation of the area from the TPLF aggression.

Kobo is one of the town that saw brutality of the terrorist organizaiton in Amhara Region as foldiers of the criminal group massacred hundreds of innocent civilans in the town.

The terrorist TPLF caused complicated socio economic crisis in the town, residetns told local media, adding that religious institutions were among targets of vandalism committed by the criminal enterprise.

Residents said that social and business institutions are restarting services and people have started routine activities as before. Shops and restaurants are opening and transportation service is restored in the town, they added.
