Addis Ababa, July 18, 2024 (FBC) – Republic of Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defense, Micheál Martin, has arrived in Addis Ababa for an official working visit.
The high-level Irish delegation was received by Ethiopia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Birtukan Ayano, and other officials upon their arrival at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.
During his stay in the Ethiopian capital, Mr. Martin is set to hold meetings and engage in discussions with senior government officials.
The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations and explore potential areas of cooperation between Ireland and Ethiopia.
