Inter-Religious Council of Ethiopian opens branch office in Nairobi, Kenya

Addis Ababa, October 15, 2021 (FBC) – Inter-Religious Council of Ethiopian has opened branch office in Nairobi, Kenya in attendance president of Kenyan counterpart Fr. Joseph Muti and Ambassaddor Meles Alem and members of Ethiopian community.

On the opening ceremony, Secretery General of the Council Fr. Tagay Tadele said the branch office will serve as a good platform to Ethiopia and Kenya to cooperate in inter-faith matters and relatedissues of mutual concern.

The Kenyan Inter-Religious Council President Fr. Joseph pledged support for the branch office. It is to be recalled that the council has so far opened similar offices in US and Rome.
