Addis Ababa, November 26, 2023 (FBC) – The Global Trade and Technology Council of India-Ethiopia forum, organized by the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in New Delhi, was officially established on November 25, 2023.
The certificate of establishment was signed by Demeke Atnafu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to India and Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Founder & President of GTTCI.
The forum, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in New Delhi, aims to promote trade and investment opportunities between the two countries by providing a platform for businesses to network and collaborate.
It further aims to encourage cultural exchanges that can create better understanding and build meaning for relationships between people of both nations as well as to encourage joint ventures and partnerships in various industries such as agriculture, energy, healthcare, and technology..
The Embassy indicated that the forum strives to facilitate communication and exchange of information between members, government officials, and other stakeholders. The promotion of tourism and education is also prioritized to improve people-to-people contacts, as per the Embassy.
GTTCI is founded with the vision to promote bilateral trade between India and other countries across the globe, establishing mutually beneficial relationships for a lifetime of trade exchange.
