Addis Ababa, September 28, 2024 (FBC) – Ambassador Taye Atske-Selassie, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia met with Lars Løkke Rasmussen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, on the margins of the 79th UNGA in New York.
In the course of their discussion, Ambassador Taye congratulated the Minister on the election of Denmark to the UN Security Council.
Ambassador Taye briefed the Danish Foreign Minister on current affairs in the Horn of Africa and Ethiopia’s continued commitment in fighting against terrorism in Somalia.
