Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation vice Minister of Italy Marina Sereni arrives in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, February 28, 2022 (FBC) – The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, Marina Sereni has arrived in Ethiopia for a three-day visit.

Vice Minister Marina Sereni will discuss with President Sahle-Work Zewde and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Demeke Mekonnen other senior officials on bilateral issues of mutual concern.

During her visit the Vice Minister will also visit some projects in Addis Ababa funded by the Italian Cooperation.

The visit once again testifies to the significance that Italy has attached its partnership with Ethiopia and the continent Africa at large, according to Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa.

The high level meetings between the Italian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and the Ethiopian officials will also cover issues related to the current situation in the country and ways how to enhance partnership between the two countries.
