Addis Ababa, January 2, 2025 (FMC) – Ethiopian Airlines, Africa’s largest Airbus operator and national flag carrier, today announced that it has welcomed its third Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
With the addition of the third A350-1000 aircraft to its vast fleet, Ethiopian Airlines reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, charting a new course for African aviation excellence.
Recall that the Airline took delivery of the first of four Airbus A350-1000 aircraft to Addis Ababa on 4th November 2024. The Airline has also received the second Airbus A350-1000 aircraft on 11th December 2024.
With acquisition of the Airbus A350-1000 aircrafts, Ethiopian Airlines has become the first airline in Africa to take delivery of these aircrafts, cementing its position as the largest operator of Airbus aircraft in Africa.
