Addis Ababa, July 7, 2021 (FBC) – The Ethiopia-Russia Military Technical Cooperation Joint Forum has kicked off in Addis Ababa.
The Forum aims to enhance military cooperation between Ethiopia and Russia in technology, skill transfer and experience sharing spheres.
State Minister of the Ethiopian Defense Finance Division, Martha Luwiji said the establishment diplomat, military, economic and social cooperation dates back to 1898, adding that the two nations maintain ties in multifaceted areas.
Following the discussion between Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen and President Vladimir Putin, the two countries have been witnessing close ties in multifaceted areas of cooperation, the state minister added.
