Addis Ababa, July 3, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopia has today repatriated 2,534 nationals from Saudi Arabia yesterday in the light of efforts under way to return all undocumented migrants home.
The government of Ethiopia has been undertaking efforts to repatriate all undocumented nationals who were stranded in camps in Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, the government is working with partners to reunite the returnees with their families. Officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs have received the returnees upon arrival at Bole International Airport.
According to the information from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, more than 10,000 nationals have returned home since the mass repatriation started a week ago.
