Ethiopia desirous to promote bilateral relations with Romania

Addis Ababa, June 21, 2024 (FBC) – Tsegab Kebebew, the Ethiopian Ambassador to Switzerland and Permanent Representative to the UN Offices in Geneva, expressed Ethiopia’s desire to strengthen its bilateral relations with Romania.

He made this statement during a ceremony on June 21, 2024, where he presented copies of his letters of credence to Traian Laurentiu Hristea, State Secretary for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania. This accreditation designated him as Ethiopia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Romania.

During a virtual presentation, Ambassador Tsegab expressed Ethiopia’s desire to enhance its bilateral relations with Romania.

The discussion between the two sides also centered on potential areas of collaboration and upcoming bilateral consultations, as disclosed by the Ethiopian Permanent Mission in Geneva.
