Addis Ababa, March 16, 2020 (FBC) – Ethiopia reported three new coronavirus cases yesterday, raising its total number of patients to four.
According to the Ethiopian Public Health Institute, one of the patients was a 42-year-old Ethiopian and the other two Japanese nationals aged 44 and 47.
It said the three had been in close contact with the first patient, also a Japanese national.
The Institute said the three individuals had been working together with the first patient.
The Institute indicated that the first individual is in good condition.
A total of 117 individuals have been isolated, including people believed to have had contact with the first patient.
