Addis Ababa, July 17, 2023 (FBC) – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has announced that Ethiopia has achieved its plan to plant 500 trees a day campaign nationwide that citizens have actively participated in the campaign.
The Primer in his statement from the monitoring of the tree planting unit disclosed the active participation of citizens on the campaign of planting 500 million trees in a day that held today.
He said that more than 566 million seedlings have been planted in every area of Ethiopia from early in the morning until the evening.
