Ethio Telecom launches omni-channel contact center

Addis Ababa, October 18, 2022 (FBC) – Ethio telecom has launched its cloud-based data contact center at the newly inaugurated Science Museum.

Ardi, the newly launched chatbot, has become operational on the Ethiotelecom website assisting customers with their telecom service needs.

This contact center is launched to provide companies with automatic call distribution among call center agents, identify caller IDs and track the performance of call canters with data analytics and insights.

Ms. Frehiwot Tamiru, CEO of Ethio telecom, stated that the cloud-based contact center integrates voice, SMS, email, websites, social media and chatbots, providing instant responses and reducing customer waiting time.
