Addis Ababa, January 2, 2025 (FMC) – The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) officially inaugurated its Customer Service Month today, with attendance from notable government officials, including Finance Minister Ahmed Shide, as well as representatives from the business community associated with the bank.
CBE President Abie Sano and other senior executives were also present at the launch event.
In his opening address, Ahmed Shide, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, expressed his appreciation to the bank’s customers for their crucial role in its achievements, reaffirming a commitment to improving services for a better future.
President Abie Sano highlighted the significant contributions of customers to the bank’s success and announced plans for innovative enhancements in service delivery.
Haileyesus Bekele, the Vice President of Customer Experience, noted that the campaign will span one month, featuring a week-long exhibition starting today. He emphasized that the month is dedicated to initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and expressing gratitude to valued customers. Furthermore, discussions with customers will take place to explore ways to enhance banking services during this period.
