Addis Ababa January 6, 2023 (FBC) – Ambassadors of 10 countries, including Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Fiona Evans of the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, arrived in the town of Lalibela to attend the Ethiopian Christmas tomorrow.
State Minister of Tourism Selesh Girma told Fana Broadcasting Corporate exclusively that ambassadors of Belgium, Austria, Australia, Rwanda, Mexico, China, Tanzania, South Africa and Brazil to Ethiopia including U.S. Chargé d’Affaires a.i. Fiona Evans have arrived in the historical town to attend the celebrity of the Nativity of Jesus Christ.
Ministry of the Tourism will be coordinating the attendance of the Ambassadors in the celebration of holiday in Lalibela town, Seleshi Girma said.
Hundreds of tourists from all corners of the world have gathered in Lilebela town to attend the Ethiopian Christmas festival to be observed in the UNESCO inscribed world heritage site with unique religious and traditional events.
