Addis Ababa, July 26, 2023 (FBC) – Minister of Agriculture Girma Amente discussed with the Director General of the World Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Qu Dongyu on the strengthening of cooperation on the sidelines of the UN Food Systems Summit +2 in Rome, the Ministry confirmed.
Girma Amente expressed his happiness that the Director General was elected for the second round and mentioned that Ethiopia has a strong and long-standing cooperation with the World Food and Agriculture Organization.
Both sides affirmed that they will work closely to strengthen this cooperation.
