Addis Ababa, January 31, 2024 (FBC) – The 20th African Fine Coffees Conference and Exhibition and First African Coffee Week is scheduled to be held from 6-10 February 2024 at the Millennium Hall in Addis Ababa.
More than 800 coffee producers and buyers to be drawn from 25 African countries will participate in the event, according to Director General of the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority, Adugna Debela (PhD).
The exhibition would help Ethiopia promote its coffee potentials and farmers and manufacturers explore export opportunities and create market links with peer participants in the event.
Participants from various countries are expected to visit coffee farming areas in Sidama and Oromia regions.
The Conference and Exhibition to run under the theme “Speciality Coffee at Origin” will gather international coffee buyers, scholars and government officials from various countries.
