Addis Ababa, July 9, 2024 (FBC) – Mayors from various cities in Ethiopia are currently visiting the ongoing corridor development projects in Addis Ababa.
The mayors have already toured the Eri Bekentu – Piassa – Arat Killo corridor, and will continue to visit other sites as part of their tour.
During a briefing, Addis Ababa City Mayor Adanech Abiebie highlighted the corridor development’s key achievements, including the installation of underground electric and Ethio Telecom cables and the revitalization of sewerage systems. She also mentioned that a centralized traffic control system will be implemented in the city.
The corridor development has not only improved urban services but also contributed to a cleaner and more beautiful city, according to Mayor Abiebie.
