Addis Ababa, November 24, 2024 (FBC) – Diplomats from various countries based in Addis Ababa have visited the ongoing development of sustainable tourism investment options in the cities of Dire-Dawa and Harar, Eastern Ethiopia.
The visit aimed to create a platform for the ambassadors to invite their respective citizens who are interested in engaging in the tourism sector in Ethiopia in the future.
During their visit, the ambassadors engaged in discussions with senior officials from the Dire-Dawa and Harar city administrations to explore potential investment opportunities in the tourism sector. The Ministry of Tourism stated that the visit was an important step towards promoting sustainable tourism in the region and fostering international cooperation.
The ambassadors also pledged that they will encourage investors from their respective countries to tap tourism and other investment opportunities in Ethiopia.
