Addis Ababa, February 7, 2024 (FBC) – The Ethio-Djibouti Diplomacy Exhibition showcasing the historic ties between Ethiopia and Djibouti, kicked-off in Djibouti, today. The Exhibition, organized by the Ethiopian Embassy in Djibouti, commemorates the 127th anniversary of Ethio-Djibouti diplomatic relations.
During the launching ceremony, Ethiopian Ambassador to Djibouti Ambassador Berhanu Tsagaye, underscored the significance of the exhibition, emphasizing its aim to bolster the existing strong relation between the two brotherly nations.
Director General of African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Fisseha Shawel, said that the initiative is expected to deepen the historic relationship between the two countries.
Mohammed Ahmed Awaleh, Minister of Agriculture and Water of Djibouti, commended the cordial and enduring friendship between Ethiopia and Djibouti.
Ethiopia and Djibouti have been working towards regional integration through infrastructure, renewable energy, and trade and investment.
