Addis Ababa, October 22, 2024 (FBC) – Unilever Africa in partnership with Knorr unveiled an innovative “Green Gursha” campaign to promote the importance of greens in Ethiopian diets.
The Movement of “GreenGursha” aims to inspire Ethiopians to embrace greens as essential component of their meal with a unique cultural asset of ‘Gursha’.
“We are thrilled with the enthusiastic response to the ‘Green Gursha’ campaign,” said, Selamekirstos Belay, Nutrition Platform Director of Unilever Africa.
“This initiative highlights our commitment to elevate green vegetables as part of the Ethiopian cuisine, promoting better eating habits while bringing communities together in a celebration of Ethiopian culinary traditions.”
The Green Carpet event showcased traditional “Gursha” moments, highlighting the rich tapestry of Ethiopian culture and culinary heritage.
