Ambassador expresses need to boost century old relations between Ethiopia, USA

Addis Ababa, May 4, 2022 (FBC) – Ambassador-Designate of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the USA, Seleshi Bekele (PhD) held an introductory meeting with diplomats and staff members of the embassy.

Seleshi mentioned the importance of executing multifaceted efforts to boost the century old bilateral diplomatic relations of Ethiopia and the USA.

He also underlined the need to accelerate strategic diaspora engagement, technology transfer, trade, investment, image building, tourism and related areas.

Diplomats and staff member of the embassy on the other hand expressed their readiness to employ full expertise for the realization of the bilateral ties of the two countries to a new high level.
