Addis Ababa police seize weapons, including 19 hand grenades

Addis Ababa, November 20, 2020 (FBC) – Addis Ababa police have seized a total of 113 firearms stored in various institutions in Nefassilk Lafto sub-city.

Among the firearms seized on Wednesday include 19 hand grenades, 55 AK-47 rifles, 21 pistols, 2 SKS, 3 Chekhov’s gun, Bren machine gun and 5, 138 rounds of ammunition.

Some 64, 200 US dollars were also seized in a house located around Tracon Trading plc, police indicated.
