Addis Ababa officially launches campaign to fight environmental pollution

Addis Ababa, April 19, 2024 (FBC) – The City Administration has officially launched the campaign dubbed BeatPollution with the purpose of spearheading the national environmental protection drive.

The launch of the campaign which took place at Adwa Memorial in the capital has brought about senior officials, public representatives and various segments of the community.

Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abibie, along with other high-ranking government officials has also presided on the launching event.

Recall Ethiopia nationally launched the campaign titled BeatPllution on 29 March 2024 in attendance of Deputy Prime Minister Temesgen Tiruneh, Director General of Envitonmental Protection Authority Lelise Neme, high officials and representatives of international organization in an event took place in Addis Ababa.
