Addis Ababa inaugurates an ambulance depot built at a cost of 90 million birr
Addis Ababa, December 22, 2021 (FBC) – Addis Ababa City Administration jointly with stakeholders of the Ministry of Health has inaugurated an ambulance depot built at a cost of 90 milion birr in the capital.
The construction of the depots is said to be one of the activities the Health Minister has been undertaking in partnership with stakeholders to enhance the health sector in the country, State Minister of Health, Dr. Ayele Teshome stated on the occassion.
It is stated during the inaugural ceremony that activities that are being carried out to enhance the emergency and critical care and pre-hospital services in the capital and the nation at large are among the areas prioritized by the ministry.
The depot that has been inaugurated in Tulu Dimtu Health Care Center is equiped with all the necessary facility and ambulances will furnished with interior designs of high medical care significane.
