A Diaspora committee donates 10 mln ETB worth support to IDPs in Amhara region

Addis Ababa, October 7, 2021 (FBC) – An Emergency Fund Committee established by members of Ethiopian Diaspora Community living in various countries has donated 10 Million Birr worth support to IDPs sheltered in Amhara region.

The donation includes food and clothings needed by the IDPs who are forced to flee homes by terrorist TPLF.

While handing over the donation to the IDPs in Bahir Dar City, a representative of the committee, Getachew Beyene said the Emergency Fund is raising further support to the IDPs.

He said the committee has so far made similar support worth 12 Million Birr to IDPs sheltered in South Wollo Zone, Amhara region.
